Kirsten Rennie-Carter

Kirsten teaches ballet at Grades and Vocational level and started dancing herself at age three, training at the Jean Butterworth School of Dancing in Worthing. In 1990, she graduated from the College of the Royal Academy of Dance Teacher Training programme gaining her Licentiate Diploma and the History and Anatomy awards.
She has taught and danced in England and Canada from where she returned in 1994 and established The Rennie Dance Academy. She is a fully registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and in 2008 was elected as the Sussex Representative for the RAD South East Regional Advisory Committee.
Sarah Munns
BA (Hons) LRAD RTS
Sarah has been dancing since the age of 4 and after reaching Advanced level in Ballet, Tap, Modern and National she decided to specialise in teaching ballet. She completed her training at the Royal Academy of Dance where she gained her Licentiate and Registered Teacher Status with the RAD as well as graduating with a first class honours degree in The Art and Teaching of Ballet from Durham University. Sarah started teaching at the Rennie Dance Academy in 2005 and is experienced at teaching all ages at both graded and vocational levels.
Lucy Nelson
CBTS RTS
Lucy studied dance from a young age, performing with the West Midlands Youth Ballet and continued her training at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, touring with the school's Moving Visions Theatre Company before performing in small scale London companies. Lucy gained her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and her Registered Teaching Status with the Royal Academy of Dance in 2008. Lucy teaches ballet and contemporary classes in many nurseries and dance schools in Brighton and Sussex.
André Koschyk
ISTD Fellow and Examiner
André was born in Germany and trained at Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts in England. After a career as a singer and dancer in Musical Theatre he and his wife taught at their own dance school in Ulm, Germany for 17 years where they also ran a full-time teacher training course.
André choreographed various musicals for a college near Frankfurt, is an examiner for the ISTD for Modern Theatre and Tap, approved tutor for the ISTD teacher training program DDE and a member of the Advanced 1 MTH, MTH Grades and the Tap teaching teams.
Lesley Bradford
DDE AISTD
Lesley started dancing at the age of 3 and graduated from the Professional Dance and Teacher Training course at Drusilla Duffill Theatre School in Burgess Hill with Associate qualifications with the ISTD in Modern, Tap and National, all with Distinction. She was presented with the National Dance Award on her graduation and was later awarded the Diploma in Dance Education (DDE) with the ISTD with whom she is a fully registered teacher.
Lesley has had a long teaching career in East Sussex, predominantly teaching at the Eastbourne Academy of Dancing and Newlands School Seaford, teaching and entering pupils for exams from Primary to Advanced. She has choreographed group and solo dances for many shows and festivals with children qualifying for The All England Festival finals and the Janet Cram Awards with the ISTD.
Lesley has a passion for teaching dance. She is happily married with three grown up children and two Golden Retrievers.
